1. Overview
IDS.GG guarantees buyers' rights through our secure Escrow system. Funds are not deposited into the seller's account until a full 24 hours have passed since the buyer received the credentials. During this window, the buyer may open a dispute at any time.
🛡️ When a dispute is opened, both parties communicate directly to resolve the issue. If no agreement is reached, either party may call the technical support team, who has final authority to decide the outcome and distribute the funds.
2. Cases Eligible for Refund
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:
- Incorrect account credentials (wrong email or password)
- Account is banned or restricted at the time of delivery
- Cannot access the account after credentials are delivered
- Account does not materially match what was described in the listing
- Seller did not deliver credentials within a reasonable time after payment
- Account was recovered or stolen within 24 hours of purchase
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- Buyer confirmed receipt or the 24-hour window expired without a dispute being opened
- Change of mind after receiving the account while it works correctly
- Problems caused by the buyer's actions after receipt (changing credentials, linking 2FA, adding recovery email)
- Account issues occurring after the 24-hour window has expired
- Dissatisfaction with price or buyer's remorse without any real account defect
- Any claim by the buyer after the 24-hour window expires without having opened a dispute — the transaction is deemed complete and final
⚠️ Seller obligations: Upon completing a sale, the seller must immediately change all recovery information and unlink their devices. If they fail to do so and the buyer is harmed as a result, the platform will intervene in the buyer's favor. Any seller who attempts to reclaim a sold account will be permanently banned.
⚠️ Buyer obligations: The buyer must verify the account immediately upon receipt and change their credentials within 24 hours. No refund request will be accepted after this window expires or after "Confirm Receipt" is clicked.
4. Refund Request Steps

Do not confirm receipt
If you find a problem with the account, do not click "Confirm Receipt" — go directly to the dispute page.

Open a dispute
From the transaction page, click "Open Dispute", select the reason, and add details and evidence.

Communicate with the seller
After opening the dispute, a direct chat is available between both parties. Try to resolve the issue amicably — this is the fastest path for everyone.

Call technical support
If no agreement is reached, either party may click "Call Support". The IDS.GG team will intervene and issue a decision within 24-48 hours.

Support decision
The support team issues a final decision and the amount is returned to the buyer or transferred to the seller based on the investigation outcome.
5. Timelines
- Verification window: 24 hours after seller delivers credentials
- Seller response to dispute: 24 hours from opening the dispute
- Support response time: Usually within 2-24 hours
- Amount returned to wallet: Immediate after support decision
- Withdrawal to external wallet: 15 minutes – 24 hours depending on network
6. External Escrow System
For external mediation sessions (P2P Escrow), the same refund principles apply: funds are held by IDS.GG until buyer confirmation, and either party can request support intervention at any time before confirming receipt.
7. Platform Fees
Service fees (3.5%) are non-refundable in cases of ordinary dissatisfaction. However, in cases of fraud or errors on the platform's part, fees are fully refunded.
